This resort definitely has potential, but my experience felt more like a 1-star stay than a 4-star one. From the check-in process to the lack of attention to basic amenities, there were numerous issues that made my stay frustrating. However, I must highlight that the food was excellent, and the facilities, once accessible, offered great enjoyment. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make significant improvements.
My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. The location next to the beach is fantastic, and the food offered a nice variety with authentic Vietnamese dishes. However, the service was lacking in several areas, and I encountered multiple issues with my room that dampened the experience.
